SportsRadio 610 afternoon host Josh Innes broke the story Sunday evening regarding recent NFL player comments that the Houston Texans' players are "dirty". Jacksonville's Terrance Knighton and Jeremy Mincey spoke to Innes on how some of the Texans offensive linemen play dirty and always have. This of course was after the Texans beat the Jaguars 20-13 that afternoon in Houston.
My question to all this is where were all these "dirty play" allegations when the Texans were losing? I mean come on, the Texans' offensive zone cut blocking scheme has been used there since 2006 and they're all of a sudden now playing dirty? All this is is a couple players that have sour grapes about a team that is on the rise and because they themselves are on a team that is now in the gutter. We probably wouldn't be hearing about this if A: the Texans weren't in 1st place in the AFC South, and B: if the accusers were not on a 2-6 football team.
You can tune into Josh Innes Monday through Friday 2pm - 7pm on SportsRadio 610am in Houston or on Radio.com online or on their mobile app.
